About

Dominique has extensive experience in hands-on software development, production and management on executive level.

His professional career as software developer started in 1999. He sees himself as generalist with key pivot points around interactive 3d experiences, tools and productions pipelines. He drove and executed over 30 projects in the role as chief software engineer.

As a manager he lead organizations up to 10+ teams and 100+ employees with direct reporting lines through all layers including heads, leads and developers. Dominique creates positive, co-operative and agile cultures through situational leading/coaching, transparency and a top-down + bottom-up approach. His result orientation is driven by the big picture with focus on teamwork, streamlined workflows and the usage of empowering solutions. Dominique’s experience covers vision and strategy development, budgeting, roadmap management, organizational design, team building and change management.

Dominique loves technology and how it disrupts society and culture and how it enables new experiences and catapults productivity.
